GE Fanuc « GE Fanuc Testing

GE Fanuc testing is available. CNC has over 100 test rigs for GE Fanuc control boards, drives, monitors, motors, power supplies, keyboards and encoders. The GE Fanuc fault diagnosis is mostly done from GE Fanuc CNC controls. The test rigs include all series 6, one 3 rig, 10 and 11, both analog and digital OA controls, full series of OB controls and several variants of OC controls, with an i series control for FSSB series Alpha drives. Motors and drives are tested within closed loop GE Fanuc cnc systems, with feedback to the either the control or the drive amp. Test charges range from $80.00 USD to $500.00 USD dependant on complexity, and does include cleaning of the item.
  • GE Fanuc Monitors - Full testing is available on GE Fanuc CRT based monitors, including color, mono from systems 3, 6, 10, 11, 0T, 0M, 15, 16, 18, 21 controls.
  • GE Fanuc Drive & Boards - GE Fanuc Testing is available on GE Fanuc drives, AC spindle and servo axis and Alpha drives with S, P, B, E, I type 1 and 2 interfaces.

CNC can test parts for faulty diagnosis, however if the fault is not on the part being tested then we may suggest looking at other possible causes, though this is not mandatory, and is the job of the engineer on site, not CNC's.
